• Diary: Collect more tax, says the auditor. Shame he also works for Barclays was corrected because the original said "look who sits atop the Audit Commission". That should have been the National Audit Office.

• We've stopped worrying about gender issues, says female BBC boss was corrected because the original stated that Zarin Patel was BBC chief operating officer. She is BBC chief financial officer.
