Leanne Zaloumis, 29, faces charge of aggravated burglary after an incident at the music mogul's house in west London
A 29-year-old woman has been charged with breaking into Simon Cowell's home, police said on Sunday night.
Leanne Zaloumis, 29, faces a charge of aggravated burglary, a spokesman for the Metropolitan police said.
The alleged offence took place at the music mogul's home in west London at around 10.30pm on Saturday.
Zaloumis, of Brownhill Road, Catford, south-east London, is in custody and will appear at West London magistrates court on Monday.
A spokeswoman for Cowell's production company, Syco, refused to comment on the incident and referred the matter to police. It is not known whether Cowell was in the house at the time.
