Out of the mouths of babes...

Charlotte the bathtime refusenik has become the surprise hit of the presidential campaign.

The video was originally posted by Charlotte's American parents on YouTube in December 2010 where it has attracted 13.5 million hits.

Then it was picked up by French carmakers Citroën.

What you might call a future floating voter.
